Welcome!
I’m Gabriela De Leon, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, and owner of Little Sparrows Speech Therapy PLLC. My mission is to equip parents to become their child’s communication partner, speech coach, and play partner. I want parents to feel equipped, supported, and confident engaging with their child, supporting their child’s communication, and coaching their child through difficult or unintelligible speech.
What I Do
At Little Sparrows Speech Therapy, services are designed to support children’s communication development in natural, meaningful environment. Therapy sessions are child-led, individualized, evidence-based, and neuro-affirming, ensuring each child’s strengths, interests, and unique needs are honored.
Services are provided in home, daycare, and private school settings, allowing children to practice communication skills in the environments where they naturally learn and interact.
Therapy is available in English and Spanish, and families who speak other languages are welcome.

After the evaluation, I will create a detailed report and individualized plan of care that outlines recommended goals and therapy frequency.
